How do I get started?
We set you up in person and bring in your subscribers from your spreadsheet. You set your amp tiers once, then your rate each month when it is announced.
What about bills my subscribers still owe from before?
Bring them with you. Add every unpaid bill from before in one sitting, then track each one from OnlyOps until it is paid. Switching never means losing track of what you are owed.
Do my subscribers need to install anything?
Nothing new. Their bill arrives on the WhatsApp they already use and opens with one tap, in their language, with nothing to download and no account to create. They pay with Whish or in cash, as they already do.
What happens when a new rate is announced?
You enter the new rate for the month, and every bill that month calculates itself from it, at one rate for everyone.
Who can see the money?
You, and the admins and finance staff you add. Collectors see the route and the cash they carry.
Can I print bills?
Yes. Any bill prints from the app, on paper or as a PDF.
