Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of OnlyOps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using OnlyOps on behalf of a business, you accept these Terms on that business’s behalf.

1. Who we are

OnlyOps is a software-as-a-service platform for generator operators in Lebanon. It helps an operator run the monthly billing cycle end to end: recording meter readings and photos, calculating bills, issuing bills and receipts, and tracking collections. OnlyOps is a tool for the operator’s own business operations; it is not a utility, a generator operator, or a financial institution.

2. Accounts and access

OnlyOps is provided to operators through an in-person onboarding process; there is no self-service signup. Each account is issued to a specific operator business, and access is granted to individual users under roles (for example administrator, finance, and field). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for the actions taken under your account, and for ensuring that the people you grant access to are authorized to act for your business. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

3. Payments and funds — OnlyOps does not hold your money

OnlyOps is a software platform. It does not hold, receive, transfer, or take custody of any operator or subscriber funds. When a subscriber pays a bill, that payment flows directly between the subscriber and the operator through the operator’s own payment provider or in cash — it does not pass through OnlyOps. OnlyOps records what has been billed and what has been collected so an operator can keep an accurate ledger, but the movement of money is between the operator, the subscriber, and the operator’s chosen payment channel. OnlyOps is not a party to those transactions and is not a payment processor, money transmitter, or escrow agent.

You are responsible for the amounts you bill, the rates and fees you configure, and for meeting your own tax, invoicing, and regulatory obligations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party;
  • enter data you are not authorized to collect, or that is false or misleading;
  • attempt to access another operator’s data or any part of the system you are not authorized to use;
  • probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security or integrity of the Service;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service or its infrastructure;
  • resell, sublicense, or otherwise make the Service available to a third party except your own authorized users.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you enter into OnlyOps — your subscribers, readings, bills, and payment records. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data in order to provide the Service. Each operator’s data is isolated from every other operator’s. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service availability

We work to keep OnlyOps available and accurate, but the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may perform maintenance, update features, or change parts of the Service. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyOps disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyOps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of your use of the Service. OnlyOps helps you calculate and record billing information, but you remain responsible for verifying the amounts you charge your subscribers.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, if use of the Service poses a risk to other operators or to the platform, or as required by law. On termination, we will make reasonable efforts to let you retrieve your data.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify operators. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute relating to them or to the Service is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
